Real wedding of Roy Fong & Cheryl Wee

Roy & Cheryl’s wedding needs no introduction! Their wedding celebrations kick off in June with the guo da li, which is the traditional betrothal ceremony whom Roy & Cheryl hold traditions close to their hearts. Like a scene out of the Chinese Movie, their tea ceremony day started with a procession where the bride, donned in her mother’s elaborately embroidered kua she wore at her own wedding 32 years ago complete with a headdress was carried in a sedan by the groomsmen, then in Roy’s arms to their new home.

They also later on a separate day held their Holy Matrimony at the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd followed by a dinner reception at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.

Real wedding of Ming You & Stephanie

Having shared so many memorable adventures together, Ming You & Stephanie decided to recreate the most significant of these for their wedding – their first trip to Tokyo together. Fiore Dorato decked The Clifford Pier with overarching bouquets of sakuras accompanied by low flora arrangements of peonies, roses, hydrangeas, orchids and eustomas in shades of blush pink. It resembles the vignettes of sakuras blossoming against lightly falling snow they witnessed during their trip.

Real wedding of Wee & Felicia

Not any lavish proposal but it’s a lifetime of memories! Wee proposed to Felicia at a place that holds a special meaning to them – MacDonalds outlet where they had their first date, in her PJ’s and glasses. Holding a dinner reception at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia, it was walk down the past with elements of their heritage and upbringing which includes masak-masak booth which had an array of marbles, paper balls and flag erasers, old school food carts as well as a backdrop which is inspired by a kopitiam Felicia’s dad used to run. Light the Way – Justin & Li Qing’s banquet aisle decorations at Capella was carefully thought of by Anna Lim from Spellbound Weddings as she created a masterpiece backdrop and a raised platform with fairy lights that leads up to the stage as Li Qing has always loved fairy lights. There were also 3D projections on thw wall which showed romantic sceneries, the couple’s photos and fireworks too! The room was lit up with ‘dancing’ live projections of forests, fields of flowers, mountains, lakes, starts and constellations! So much love for the couple, Li Qing’s sister, friends as well as both their parents surprised the newly-weds with music videos prepared by them respectively.
